While the steel 116610LN and two-tone 116613LB serve the volume market, the 116619LB is produced entirely in 18K white gold — case, bracelet, and crown guard included. The 40mm case houses the calibre 3135, a self-winding movement with a bi-directional rotor, Parachrom hairspring, and a 48-hour power reserve, beating at 28,800 vph. Rolex discontinued the 116619LB reference in 2020, replacing it with the reconfigured 126619LB featuring a slightly larger 41mm case and the updated calibre 3235. That discontinuation has only sharpened collector interest in clean examples of the 116619LB.
