The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5726A houses the manufacture Calibre 324 S QA LU 24H, a self-winding movement with a 45-hour power reserve. Its annual calendar mechanism — one of Patek's signature complications, patented by the brand in 1996 — requires a single manual correction just once per year, at the end of February. The moon phase display accurate to one day in approximately 122 years sits neatly within the horizontal aperture layout on the slate-blue gradient dial. The 40.5mm stainless steel case retains Genta's original 1976 integrated bracelet design with alternating polished and brushed surfaces. Water resistance stands at 120 metres.

The 5726A occupies a particular position in collector circles: it delivers genuine horological substance under the Nautilus identity rather than relying on the integrated bracelet's aesthetic alone. Discontinued in 2021 as Patek Philippe systematically thinned the Nautilus steel collection — a move that sent the market into a frenzy — surviving examples have become genuinely scarce at authorised dealers. The reference had already been unobtainable at list price for years before its discontinuation.

Corbin, who has worn conspicuous jewellery and watches throughout his WWE tenure as part of his character's entitled millionaire persona, appears here to be making a statement that translates equally well inside and outside kayfabe. The 5726A is not a flashy watch by size or complication count, but collectors universally recognise it — which may well be the point.

On the grey market, the Patek Philippe Nautilus 5726A in stainless steel consistently trades at multiples of its original retail price. With a UK list price of £34,610 at discontinuation, current secondary-market values place the reference well into six figures in USD, reflecting both the Nautilus steel frenzy and the added desirability of a complication reference that was never produced in large volume.
