Introduction to Juice Wrld

Juice Wrld — born Jarad Higgins in Chicago in 1998 — was one of the most commercially successful and critically recognized rappers of his generation. Signed to Grade A Productions and Interscope Records, he broke through with his 2018 single 'Lucid Dreams,' which spent 19 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached number two. His debut album 'Goodbye & Good Riddance' went triple platinum, and his posthumous release 'Legends Never Die' debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 following his death in December 2019 at age 21. In a career that lasted just a few years, he released a body of work that defined the emotional tenor of late-2010s rap and emo-rap crossover.

The Juice Wrld watch collection, though limited in documented sightings, reflects the taste of a young artist drawn to heavy customization rather than off-the-shelf luxury. The centerpiece of what has been catalogued is his fully afterset Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph — built on the 41mm reference 26331ST in stainless steel — which was sent through a bespoke diamond-setting process that collectors and customizers refer to as the 'Chandelier.' The name comes from the cascading baguette diamond coverage applied across the case, bracelet, and dial, which together account for more than 70 carats of precisely cut stones. The underlying Royal Oak architecture, with its signature octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet, is largely obscured beneath the coverage.

What that single piece communicates is a preference for transformation over tradition — taking an already serious piece of Swiss engineering and pushing it into territory that has little to do with horology and everything to do with personal expression. The Royal Oak Chronograph is not a cheap canvas; at retail it commands significant figures before a stone is set. Choosing it as the base for a 70-plus carat afterset job suggests both the financial reach and the specific ambition that characterized Juice Wrld's approach to luxury during his brief but culturally significant career.

The 'Chandelier' is one of the most dramatic aftermarket diamond transformations ever applied to an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak — over 70 carats of baguette diamonds covering every surface of the 18k pink gold case, bracelet, and bezel, leaving virtually no metal visible to the naked eye. The base reference 26331ST is already a serious collector piece, housing AP's calibre 2385 column-wheel chronograph movement. Juice Wrld, born Jarad Higgins, wore this $235,000 piece regularly before his tragic death at 21 in December 2019.
