The salmon-toned dial features a tachymeter/pulsometer outer scale and two subsidiary registers, hallmarks of mid-century Zenith calibre architecture. The watch belonged to tenor Mario Lanza before passing to his Beverly Hills neighbour and close family friend, voice actor Mel Blanc, and ultimately hammered at $20,000.
