The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/1A-18, or how enthusiasts love to call him: the "Tiffany", is one of the most expensive watches ever auctioned. Made to celebrate the 170th anniversary of the collaboration between Patek Philippe and the jewelry store based in New York, this timepiece is basically a 5711 but offers a Tiffany colored dial and reports the name of the jewelry on top of the 6 hour marker. This watch is limited in production to 170 pieces and the only piece available on the market was sold in December 2021 for the incredible figure of 6.5 million USD.
Even if the identity of the wealthy buyer is still unknown, it’s of public domain the donation of the whole amount of money to an NGO concerned in the environmental protection.
