Offset, one third of Atlanta rap trio Migos, was recently spotted on the wrist with what is arguably the rarest wearable configuration of the Patek Philippe Nautilus ever produced: the 5711/113P, a reference that combines the iconic Nautilus silhouette with full platinum construction, a black gradient dial, and an extraordinary gem-setting programme that most collectors will never see in person.

The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/113P is built on the same foundation as the legendary steel 5711/1A — the self-winding Calibre 26-330 S C movement, offering a 35–45 hour power reserve, centre seconds, and an instantaneous date display — but the similarities end at the case. The 40 mm case and integrated bracelet are crafted entirely in 950 platinum, and the bezel carries 32 baguette-cut emeralds arranged in precise alternating channels, mirroring the stepped geometry that Gerald Genta sketched in 1972. Twelve additional baguette emeralds serve as hour markers on the sunburst black gradient dial, their deep green saturation creating a striking contrast against the dark background.

From a collector standpoint, the 5711/113P occupies a category entirely its own. Patek Philippe produced this reference in extremely limited numbers, with no confirmed production run ever disclosed publicly. It never appeared in a standard price list in any meaningful sense — it was a special-order or carefully allocated piece even within authorised dealer networks. The combination of platinum, a gem-set bezel and emerald hour markers on a Nautilus places it firmly in "museum piece" territory, and the horological community treats any confirmed example in private hands with considerable interest.

Offset has established himself as one of hip-hop's most serious watch collectors, with previous sightings including multiple Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet pieces. Wearing the 5711/113P signals a level of access and connoisseurship that goes beyond conventional celebrity watch culture — this is not a piece available by simply walking into a boutique.

On the secondary market, the Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/113P in platinum commands approximately $400,000, though auction results for comparable gem-set Nautilus references have occasionally exceeded that figure significantly. With the standard steel 5711/1A discontinued in 2021 and demand for all Nautilus variants at historic highs, the 5711/113P's market position remains exceptionally strong.
