Hassanal Bolkiah, who has reigned as Sultan since 1967 and serves as one of the longest-sitting heads of state in the world, has long been documented as a serious horophile. His collection reportedly numbers in the thousands of references, spanning Patek Philippe, Rolex, and haute horlogerie independents.
